The Tomix Thomas loco range in N gauge runs very well on DCC
The models are well constructed using a split chassis design so they have considerable weight and all wheel pickup despite their tiny size
Most can be fitted with a micro decoder, the Lenz Silver Mini is the one we favour as it tends to require little adjustment straight out of the box in terms of its compatibility with the basic Tomix motor chassis combination
